Community: 

Our desire is for everyone to know and experience Christ-centred community, built around our unity though the gospel. We encourage engagement in this through the Lordship of Christ, being honest and authentic and serving one another.

Growth:

Our heart is to see everyone who is apart of the Crossroads family grow in their faith journey, to be more Christlike.  We want to serve, encourage and challenge every person to grow and to live as true disciples of Christ.

Transformation:

We want to see lives transformed, to see our communities impacted, families and marriages touched by the life of Christ. Transformation for us is the journey of every believer becoming disciples of Christ and becoming disciple-makers.

His Presence: 

It is Him that we seek, making space for Him and for His work in our lives. We value the presence of God and the work of the Holy Spirit. Our gatherings are spaces where he is welcome to move. This value for His presence includes a value for prayer and for expressions of worship and worshipful creativity.

Mission:

Our hope is to continue to be a missional Church, a community of believers that live missional lives. Seeking his Kingdom to come in our world.

Family:

We want to see families strengthened and equipped to live in freedom and the fullness of life in every area of their lives.
